I would like to report an incident that happened today at the St. Lucie West location. I stopped by during my lunch break to get a tea, as I normally do. Everything was fine at first. I spoke with Eric, he made my drink, and I stepped outside for about two minutes to answer a phone call. A couple of minutes later, Eric came outside and said, "Let me holler at you." He took my drink, poured it into a to-go cup, and told me I had to leave because I was supposedly banned from the St. Lucie West location. He said Brooklyn told him I was banned. However, I later spoke with Brooklyn, and she told me I was not banned. After telling me to leave, Eric went back inside. I remained outside for about another minute trying to understand what was going on. He then came to the window, repeatedly banged on it very hard, and yelled that we had to leave. When I calmly asked why we had to leave and what the problem was, he told me it was because he "doesn't like our vibes" and "doesn't like us." I don't believe that's an appropriate or professional reason to remove a customer who has done nothing wrong. I regularly visit your business, keep to myself, enjoy my kava or tea, and have never caused

Great vibes, Jacy and Sydney are the best start to my mornings. Tino, Chris, and Mikey keep the vibes going thru the night. It's always great to see the manager Eric! He's super helpful, kind, and makes everyone around him smile. Great energy all around!

This place is awesome! The bartender is the best! Very knowledgeable and welcoming. The people here are laid back and you feel a sense of community. The drinks were on point!

I went In there with friends, we were quiet and respectful of everyone there on Friday night. Whoever the short girl with the blonde bob was working, so mean to us. Kept giving us dirty looks and having an attitude with us, for literally no reason. We got there, and left shortly after. All the other staff were nice and super welcoming, loved them. We used to enjoy going there, definitely will not anymore and don’t recommend this place if you’re a woman.
